Dromedary Or Arabia Camel (Camel Dromedaries)
Arabic camel is also known as dromedaries because of having a single hump. This is a type of camel whose height is about feet. The male weight is about 400 to 700 kg and female weight is about 330 to 550 kg. The color of Arabic camel is brown, and having one hump, which is made up of fat. Forest camel mostly available in northern America and in the countries of southern Asia. But people called Thecal camels.
Moreover, the Thecal camels are available in Australia. The camels are present in 80% countries in the world. These camel are stay in a group whose leader is a dominant camel. The feed of camels are plants in deserts. Arabic camel can survive without water and when they found water, they can drink 100L in 10 minutes. People also said that camel keep water in their humps, but it is wrong, actually camel keep fats inside the humps. In comparison of other animals, camel can rise their temperature from 34 to 41C.
Arabic camel suits to survive in deserts area. Because their food are only for them, other animals do not eat camel food. Camel distributes in the whole area, so that there will be no lack in their food. As there is no predator in camel area who hunt the camel but sometimes betroth has been observed as hunting of camels. Thus, the most strength of this type of camel are available in Australia.
Bactrian Camel (Camels Bactrians)
Means to say Bactrian camels, such type of camel is also known as Mongolian camel. The most famous look of Bactrian camel is that they are having to humps on their back. This type of camel are present in Magnolia, china, and in the countries of central Asia. There are two types of Bactrian camels. The one of them is forest Bactrian and other one is domestic camel.
In both types of camel, they are having two humps on their back. Such type of camels are said to be Bactrian camel because in ancient time their maximum strength was available in the central Asian country named as Bactrian. Forester camels are less in number so the number of domestic camel are much more than forester camels. This type of camels are also stayed in groups form.
The head of this type of camel is male who dominant over other. The age of this type of camel is about 30 years. They are having the abilities to look the distant things. For contact with other camel they also utter sounds.
Lamb (Lama Glama)
This type of camel are available in southern America. Such kind of camels are small in size and having no humps on their back. Before 4 to 5 thousands year, these camel were made as domestic camel in southern America. People were used this type of camels for bringing materials to their home. The height of this type of camel is about 6 feet.
And their weight is about 130 to 200 kg, in lamb camel, if you will over load on lamb camel then they sit on the ground. In winter, lamb camel like to survive in mountainous area rather than desert area. , the age of lamb camel is about 20 years. Female lamb can give birth to a single baby at one time. Lamb camel is a social animal who liked to stay with other animals, having long ears.
Alpaca (Lama Paces)
Alpaca camel is a very small camel in size among all breeds. This type of camel having no humps over their back. Their size are about half of lama size. They also having a sharp ears. They look like lama camels but having small size. This type of camel is also a domestic camel, having 3 feet height. And their weight is about 60 kg. Such type of camel are available in southern America.
Vicuna (Lama Vicuna)
This type of camel called as forester animal of Guanaco. In 1974, the strength of vicuna was about 600 thousands. This type of camels are available over the mountains of southern America. The predator who hunts this type of camel is mountainous lion.
